I Plastic Surgery & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic ("the clinic", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

This website itself collects nothing. There is no enquiry form, no login, and no account. Nothing you do on these pages is stored by us.

We only hold personal data that you choose to send us directly when you contact the clinic — by WhatsApp, telephone or email. That typically means your name, your contact number, and whatever you tell us about the appointment you are seeking.

Please do not send detailed medical history, photographs or clinical information by WhatsApp or email. Bring those to your consultation instead, where they can be handled under clinical confidentiality.

How we use it

Messages you send us are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange an appointment. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical information such as IP addresses as part of serving the site. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your message is carried by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms; the same applies to email sent to our Gmail address. These are the services we use to receive your message — we are not able to control how those providers handle data on their own platforms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand which pages visitors find useful, in aggregate. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and map data from Google Maps; those services may log your IP address as part of serving the request.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted. Clinical records, which are created only after you become a patient, are retained separately under Malaysian medical record retention requirements.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. To do so, email icosmeticsurgery@gmail.com or call +60 82-464 101.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. While we take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, no transmission over the internet or by messaging app can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive medical details before your consultation.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
